By installing, accessing, or using NoteFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
You retain 100% ownership of your study content. NoteFlow does not claim ownership of any notes, flashcards, study guides, tasks, or materials you create. You grant NoteFlow only the limited technical rights required to host and synchronize your data when Cloud Sync is enabled.
You agree to use NoteFlow responsibly. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the application, disrupt our servers, scrape platform data, or use our AI study tools to generate abusive, harassing, or malicious content.
NoteFlow includes AI study tools powered by Google Gemini. These tools are educational aids designed to help you understand topics. Because generative AI can occasionally generate errors, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying academic facts and citations.
NoteFlow offers both free local features and optional paid subscriptions (Pro and Unlimited) for multi-device sync and enhanced AI quotas. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe and can be canceled anytime from your Profile. Cancellation stops further renewals while preserving access until the end of your billing cycle.
NoteFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteFlow Software is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
